Destiny is not always unknown or unexpected. Some time it is clear to you and others also, only matter is that even knowing it, one cannot change it. May be sometimes one does not take any action or actions taken fail. Reasons may be anything, but known destiny cannot be changed. Take a simple general example, one wishes to change a job or business. He or she tries and either fails to get one or then the offer does not suit or something else. Ultimately there will be no change. Well general examples will have controversies, so I will take some personal examples. They are harsh, but true and related to my people and not heard or taken from somewhere. I call them SUCIDE!!
1] First example is of my schoolmate, long time associate and very close friend from childhood. Our families are very close. And surprisingly his birth is on same day as of mine, only my birth is at night, his at day time! But we share nothing in common, except both have diabetes. I have since last 16 years and he had for last 8 years or so. Hari, his name, was an engineer by profession, a builder. He did not take care of diabetes, may be could not because of business work. He suffered heart attack about 4 years back. I discussed with his family and with him also, about dangers of diabetes and H.A. Requested for immediate allopathic treatment and angioplasty as suggested by doctors. They never listened to me. They tried all sorts of other treatments than allopathic. I do not say only allopathic treatment is best, but when you are not getting benefits or improvement, you have to change the treatment and may be doctor. Anyway, his condition was worsening. His wife was asking me to see his horoscope and find some solution or let her know when he will be ok. I could not as my reading was not good. I did not dare to tell her, but insisted for angioplasty and allied treatment. I suggested for financial and business documents safeguard, taken care off. That was considered and acted upon. 3 years went like this. And one day his one kidney failed, other was functioning 50% only. My efforts to convince them failed all the time. And they talked and only talked about kidney transplant. They had everything for this i.e. had good known doctor at Apollo Hospital at Chennai, kidney and time. But nothing worked out. Result not to be spelled out. I call this as suicide, but is it true? Or is it again a destiny against which I also failed.
2] Second example is of my sister-in-law. She also suffered from diabetes and I insisted treatment from same doctor I am visiting for last 15/16 years. But she could not be regular. She started treatment with other well known hospital, but she was ignorant. This happens with most of diabetes patients. When they started feeling better, they overlook medicines. Slowly her knees started paining and later her leg got swollen and very heavy. Her movements got restricted. When that hospital raised their hands, I again brought her to my doctor and she was ok, started walking slowly. And then I had series of talks, discussions with brother and with her for proper care and timely medicine. Again topic of horoscope came and I refused to look at it all. I told my brother, not to her, that there is nothing to look at horo, if you people keep same practice, result is known. First he got angry, but later felt helpless and worried. Why they had not acted on doctors or my advice, God knows. This is second suicide! Or victory of destiny!
3] Now it was my brother himself. He felt exhausted during fast walk and I suggested for stress test. I arranged it with doctor and he skipped appointment. I literally pulled him one day to doctor. Test was positive. Next angiography, he avoided for more than 8 months. We had lots of quarrel on this issue, but he said he is taking other ayurvedic medicine and that doctor has given guaranteed result in three months. Looking at horoscope I told him flatly, you got 6 more months only. Decide before time, it may save you. He was eldest, so cannot take such direct language. That 3 months lead to 8 months. He suffered angina, and he came to know seriousness. He went for second angioplasty ALONE!! Doctors suggested immediate angioplasty and he got it done on same day!! 3 days later he told me the story. Good, congratulations! I was much relived, at least this time my own prediction going to fail. But he had another story to tell. The bill was whooping Rs.5 lacs!! He or his family could not afford it. His son spoke to hospital authorities that you have not given estimate to consider, as well not taken permission or informed the relatives. In one way you cheated us and pulled to such grave expenses. He threatened them to go to media and expose this practice of putting emergency and cheating people. Hospital authorities withdrew bills and all documents from them and asked to go home! I told him, I know the doctor personally and we will talk to them and find some solution, some concession and time for whatever amount we can. He said he will talk to them and if required he will call me. I waited for 10 days. And that night on 21st May 2009, at 2.15 AM I got a call informing that he is no more!
If angioplasty was success, what went wrong? My feeling as well as prediction tells me it was a heart FAIL and not heart attack. He could not bear the tension of payment problem as well as the tension of his son’s threat to take legal action against hospital instead of my suggestion of compromise. Again as I say, reasons could be anything, but destiny is ultimate.
